Janet Greenwood, PhD, LMFT, RN

Co-Owner, President and Clinical Director of Peoplework 4 Care Homes, Inc.

Dr. Greenwood earned her PhD in Psychology, is a Registered nurse and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialization in Applied Behavioral Analysis.

Dr. Greenwood has over 30 years clinical experience in direct patient care and supervision of clinical staff.  She has provided Continuing Education for California licensed social workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, Registered nurses, Care Home owners and their staff. 

Dr. Greenwood is dedicated to ensuring Peoplework provides the highest quality Behavioral Consultation for our clients including Care Homes, individual Care Home residents and day programs. 

Cindy Kinnard,

Co-Owner, Vice-President & CFO of Peoplework 4 Care Homes, Inc.

Cindy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus in Child Development.  She has over 25 years’ experience working with children, adolescents and adults with various Developmental Disabilities and mental illness.  Specializing in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis, she has provided Behavioral Consultation services to Level 4 A-I Care Homes for over 20 years and has served as Co-Owner and Vice President since Peoplework incorporated in 2009.  Cindy’s expertise includes the development of functional assessments and behavior intervention plans for children, adolescents and adults with Developmental Disabilities, following the requirements of Title 17 and as outlined by Alta California Regional Center.  Cindy is dedicated to assisting individuals successfully meet their behavioral goals.
