Behavior Consultation

Peoplework 4 Care Homes, Inc. offers consultation for children, adults and elderly individuals residing in Level 4 A-I Care Homes and adults attending day programs that provide support to address behavioral challenges.

Consultation services include:

Completion of a Functional Assessment of individual behavior & skill excesses and/or deficits.
Development of a formal Behavior Intervention Plan.
On-going training in evidence-based practices of Applied Behavior Analysis to decrease behavioral challenges & replace them with functional alternative responses.
Monthly/Quarterly fidelity checks.
On-going training in data collection.
Weekly/Monthly data review.
Written quarterly reviews to address progress towards individual behavioral goals.
BCBA supervision hours (minimum of 10% of total consultation hours).
